Delivery Policy

DELIVERY

We aim to deliver to all mainland UK standard orders in around 3-4 working days. However, sometimes during sale periods or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within 7 working days, please contact us.

We currently only deliver orders to the cardholders billing address.

We currently only deliver to the UK and Europe, we do not deliver to any other international destinations.

A signature is requested on delivery. If you are not in when our couriers first try to deliver, they will leave a card and take your order back to their station/point. Please follow the instructions on the card left by the courier to arrange re-delivery or to pick up your order.

DELIVERY TIMES

Our couriers typically deliver Monday to Friday, 8am - 7pm. Please note Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days for standard deliveries.

If you place your order during a UK Bank Holiday period, please allow an extra working day for standard deliveries. PLEASE NOTE: We do not deliver on UK Bank Holidays. Please ensure that you check the expected delivery date for your nominated day delivery given at checkout before ordering.

UK Bank holidays for 2019 are as follows:
1st January – New Year's Day
19th April – Good Friday
22nd April – Easter Monday
6th May – Early May Bank Holiday
27th May – Spring Bank Holiday
26th August – Summer Bank Holiday
25th December – Christmas Day
26th December – Boxing Day

DELIVERY COSTS

Please note: Delivery costs may vary according to the total weights of products in the shopping cart as well as any discounts that may be applied at checkout. (Customers will be notified of any discount/s before proceeding to checkout). Purchases £100 and over receive FREE delivery.

The current cost for Standard delivery is £5.99 BUT for purchases that weigh over 1kg (Medium Order) then Standard delivery will automatically cost £9.99 and purchases that weigh over 2kg (Large Order) have a delivery cost of £12.99 and orders over 10kg (Large+ Order) have a cost £15.99. Please be aware of this change at the checkout!

The couriers we use are MyHermes and DPD Local.

Tracking details are provided 1-3 days after purchase via our email: belafashions@hotmail.co.uk

In order to track your parcel please click on the link that you are provided (of the parcel company through which your parcel shall be sent) and enter your tracking details into their system.
